1995 Situation of human rights in Equatorial Guinea

At its 52nd plenary meeting, on 25 July 1995, the Economic and Social Council, taking note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 1995/71 of 8 March 1995, approved the Commission's decision to renew for one year the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Equatorial Guinea, also approved the Commission's request to the Special Rapporteur to report to the Commission at its fifty-second session, and further approved the Commission's request to the Secretary-General to provide the Special Rapporteur with all the assistance necessary for the discharge of his mandate.
